2. Search & Discover Products: Consult available products by either choosing a subcategory on the left or using the search bar to find specific products or brands. Click on the product for more details. Our Food & Gift Packages are also available here.
3. Add to Cart: Add products to your cart by clicking on the shopping basket icon or using the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
4. View Your Cart & Proceed to Checkout: To view your cart, hover over the basket icon at the top right and click on “View Cart”. Here you can see the total order amount. You can still add and/or remove products. When you are done, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. Please note that, due to logistical, practical and space limitations, only orders of at least €30, including a service fee of €2.50, are possible.

5. Login/Register (Optional): Log in or create an account for the convenience of saving your address and to easily access your previous orders. This way, you do not have to manually enter your address every time you place an order. However, you do not need an account to place an order.
6. Complete the Order: Complete all required fields at checkout. You can choose from 3 shipping methods: home delivery (€6.80), delivery to a pickup point (€5.80), or bike delivery (€7.50). You can also pick up your order in the shop for free. Free delivery for orders over €100.
7. Payment Methods: In addition to standard payment methods(Bancontact, iDEAL, VISA, Mastercard, American Express), you can also pay with Meal Vouchers from Pluxee and Monizze.
8. Confirmation Email: After you successfully place the order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
9. Order Processing & Shipping: The vendor will process and ship your order as soon as possible. If the ordered products are in stock, your order can be ready within 1-2 workdays. Shipping within Belgium usually takes between 2 and 7 workdays. Upon delivery, inspect the products to ensure they match your order and are in good condition.
10. Pickup Period: If you have chosen to pick up your order, you will receive an email when the order is ready. Please pick it up as soon as possible and certainly within fourteen (14) calendar days. Find the vendor’s address, opening hours, accessibility and other relevant information here.
11. In-shop Pickup: When picking up your order, remember to bring your own bag and show proof of payment in electronic or printed form. Finally, inspect the ordered products to make sure they match your order and are in good condition.
